How long will my products take to receive?

Generally products shipped with Free Standard Shipping will take between 2-5 Weeks. If fast shipping is available, the item usually arrive between 10-15 days. (Please contact us first if you want to use this shipping service)

Is there a Shipping Tracking number for this order?

When you receive an order confirmation, expect to have your tracking number in 5-7 days if you did not have your tracking number after given time, Please contact us at cs@herbeem.com and our team will give you your tracking number manually.

I received shipping tracking # of my order, but when I check the tracking site there is no shipping data on the tracking link.

When we dispatched the items we normally provide tracking # if applicable. From there you can check the delivery status of your order. However, some carrier don't update their site in real time, so if you didn't find data, please try again after few days (usually 3-5 days).

Is there duty / tax?

International shipments may be subject to additional duties, which are the buyers responsibility   Please contact your local customs office to determine if duty amounts apply.
